Kuwait Summit :That was too short

Yesterday I had my hopes on the reconciliation lunch the King of Saudi Arabia invited Mubarak,Syrian Al Assad and Qatari Hamd to.
But it turned out that the lunch did not do anything ,they only ate and smiled in front of the camera but there are some unsolved terrible differences between Egypt from one side and Syria and Qatar from another side that can't be solved for the sake of the cause or the Arab nation or at least for the sake of the moment itself.
I was not hoping that all our differences would be solved yesterday but at least we would stop publishing our dirty laundry in this way
I like the speech of the Saudi King so much and I respected his trial to mend the relations between us and the other team in the Arab world. It brought hope to everyone not only me according to the newspapers published today in Cairo whether official or unofficial.
Yet It turned out in the backstage this summit was going to be a big fiasco.
Mubarak was going to leave Kuwait right after his speech if the Prince of Kuwait did not kiss his head , this is very big important gesture in our Arab culture.
Needless to say the differences between him and the prince of Qatar were the reason.
It turned out that Hamd wanted to fire back at Mubarak's speech but the Prince of Kuwait refused his request and I am glad that he did so because it would have been a media circus if he had read that speech.
It is sad thing because yesterday many people considered that this summit can be one step towards the Arab reconciliation but I am wrong , pardon me. It turned to be another Arab summit.
